Returns & Refunds

You may request a return or exchange of defective, damaged or wrong items within 30 days of receiving your order based on the delivery date.

To start a return, please email midlifemade@gmail.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue. and 3 photos taken at different angles of the defective, damaged or wrong product received. If your return request is accepted, we will provide the return shipping address and instructions.

Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.
